Your admission to VüCH
  • Submission of application documents including criminal record and debt collection register excerpt
  • Information evening
  • Individual discussions directly after the information evening
  • If not already attended, basic security course according to St. Gallen guidelines
  • Uniform, training material, identity card, equipment, signing of contract, etc.
  • Application for authorization to authorities
  • Basic training at the beginning of the probationary period
  • Possible assignments according to availability list, commands
  • Completion of the probationary period
Your application

To apply, please send us the completed application form with your current criminal record and a debt enforcement extract (max. 3 months old). You can obtain the debt enforcement extract from your local authority.

An extract from the criminal record costs CHF 20. This fee must be paid into the postal check account 30-4068-2, Federal Office of Justice, Criminal Records, 3003 Bern. Then send the completed application for the criminal record extract, the postal receipt and a legible photocopy of an official and current form of identification to the Swiss Criminal Records Office, Bundesrain 20, 3003 Bern. It is also possible to order the extract from the criminal record from a Swiss post office.

Salary system

Our salary system is based on the requirements of the VSSU and the CLA.

Can I work at VüCH as a career changer?

Yes, career changers are welcome! Intensive induction and training are offered to prepare you optimally.

Of course you can work for us as a part-time job. However, it is important that your main employer agrees to your part-time employment.

We give you access to an app in which you can enter your availability according to your wishes. Our regional management will then schedule you based on your details.

No, specific training in martial arts is not required. We teach you basic self-defense techniques that are important for working in security.

Once all the required documents are available, it usually takes about 2 weeks.
