Scope of application
These GTC govern the contractual relationship between VüCH AG (hereinafter “VüCH”) and the customers (hereinafter “Participants”) who use vuech.ch services such as training, courses or in-company training.
Registration & conclusion of contract
You can register for courses or services online via vuech.chin writing or by telephone. The contract is binding upon confirmation by VüCH (by e-mail or in writing).
Course implementation & changes
VüCH reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses in the event of an insufficient number of participants, illness of the course leader or force majeure. Fees already paid will be refunded in full in the event of cancellation. Further claims are excluded.
Conditions of participation
Participants undertake to comply with the applicable safety regulations. VüCH reserves the right to exclude persons from participation in the event of gross violations – without refund.
Liability
VüCH accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property arising in connection with courses, except in cases of gross negligence. Participants are responsible for taking out adequate insurance cover themselves.
Data protection
Participants undertake to comply with the applicable safety regulations. VüCH reserves the right to exclude persons in the event of gross violations.
Personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purposes of the course. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

Course materials, concepts and content are the intellectual property of VüCH or its partners. It may not be passed on, reproduced or used for other purposes.
Place of jurisdiction & applicable law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of VüCH AG.

VüCH therefore accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the content contained therein and links to other websites, or for any offers, products and services contained therein.
